Jesus told his disciples, “I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! They are ripe for harvest” (John 4:35). Here are a few examples of how God is using local ministries we support to bring in the harvest.

Feeding the hungry

It’s difficult to believe there are those in our modern society who don’t have access to a grocery store, but it’s true. A local ministry makes sure that those who live in this “food desert” don’t go without.

Loving our neighbors

People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Ministries we support love on their neighborhoods with events for families, so they can have the opportunity to share Jesus.

Equipping the called

Praying to receive Jesus as savior is just the beginning of a lifelong relationship. We love seeing churches invest in that relationship through Bible studies, discovery of spiritual gifts, and discipleship.

Building a place called home

Whether through remodel of existing facilities or building of new ones, local churches are creating spaces for people to come together as family to live, laugh, and love.

Engaging culture

Modern society often doesn’t see the need for church. Ministries we support remove hurdles to sharing the gospel by adopting cutting edge technologies for everything from worship to child safety.

Discipling students

Reading, writing, and arithmetic is a good foundation for the life skills our children need, but we cannot neglect the Gospel. Training our children to love Jesus makes a difference both now and for eternity.
